Features:
The TP300 series ink is a fast drying, glossy, and strong color blocking ink.
Scope of application:
Various engineering plastics. Printing of terminals, partial plastic mesh, wooden products, painted surfaces, metal, pre treated PE, PP, PC, Teduolong PS、POM、 Hard PVC, PMMA, PU, optical disc.
Due to the different properties and organization of the raw materials used in printing, it is recommended to conduct a tightness test before printing.
Special advantages:
The TP300 series ink can be used as a single liquid. To have good adhesion and resistance to chemical solvents, TP219 hardener can be added for use. It does not contain heavy metal components and has passed the EU toy standard EN71.part3 and the eight major heavy metal soluble content tests.
Drying time:
The drying time of TP300 series ink is about 2-3 minutes for finger touch drying at room temperature (20-25 ℃, 68-77F). If baked, the surface can dry in about 30-60 seconds, while complete hardening takes 24 hours. It takes about 4-5 days for complete solidification to form mechanical and chemical resistance.
Mixing ratio:
Mixing ratio of TP300 series ink and TP219 hardener Ink 10: hardener 1 (weight ratio). After adding the hardener, please stir thoroughly and wait for 10 minutes before printing.
Special additives:
∝Addendum A: Diluent, use 15-30%
∝Drying agent: TPD
Incorrect or excessive use of additives can affect ink performance, so please be careful when using them.
matters needing attention:
All two liquid inks, mixed with hardener, are limited to 8-12 hours of use. After use, the screen, steel plate, and related tools should be cleaned immediately with solvents.
clean:Please use VD40 diluent to clean with general spray.
